AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

All cards and postcards are shipped in a small lettersize envelope for FREE up to 5 units, then will be charged as an A4. All art prints smaller than A3 are shipped flat with a cardboard backing in a protective envelope without a plastic sleeve. Prints larger than A3 are shipped in a tube. We provide free tracking with all deliveries within Australia.

Most items listed in the shop will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For large prints, A2 size and bigger, or custom orders allow one extra week to process, and more accurate information will be send to your email if your order is going to take longer. We use Standard Shipping from Australia Post to ship all our orders within Australia.

US SHIPPING

All orders from the US are made locally and shipped using USPS First Class with tracking included.

For US orders that exceed 5kg we will confirm the shipping price first and then send you an email to finalize your order.

In transit time is based on the final location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to Europe, Canada, Mexico, South America, New Zealand and Japan. If you are located in another country please send us an email to hello@natapart.com and we can check shipping rates and availability.
We provide free tracking with all international deliveries and free insurance for all orders above $200.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We value every single purchase and aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.  You can return your items within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Item must be in brand, new, unused condition with original packaging. This applies to Australian as well as International orders.
